交流合作｜分會在川舉辦跨境供應鏈主題調研及分享會

8月14日至15日，中國倉儲與配送協會海外倉分會秘書長周武秀會同分會兼職副秘書長，四川省汽車貿易服務商會秘書長秦培勇，赴資陽市開展調研，并在成都舉辦“跨境供應鏈體系建設”主題分享會。

August 14–15, Nany ZHOU, Secretary General of The Overseas Warehouse Branch of the China Association of Warehousing and Distribution, together with Peiyong QIN, Secretary General of The Sichuan Automobile Trade Service Chamber of Commerce, conducted a field study in Ziyang and held the “Cross-border Supply Chain System Construction” themed sharing session in Chengdu.

調研期間，先后考察了臨空產業孵化中心和保稅物流園區，資陽市商務局局長唐珽婷一行全程陪同，并與多家汽車及汽配等出口企業代表座談交流。秦培勇表示，商會將依托國際倉聯的海外訂單和成熟通道，結合本地產業特色及保稅倉資源，助力資陽汽車汽配企業完善出口資質、拓展國際市場。

During the field study, the delegation visited the Airport Industrial Incubation Center and the bonded logistics park. The visit was fully accompanied by Tingting TANG, Director of the Ziyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and included discussions with representatives from several automobile and auto parts export companies. Peiyong QIN stated that the Chamber of Commerce will leverage IFWL’s overseas orders and mature channels, combined with local industry characteristics and bonded warehouse resources, to assist Ziyang’s automobile and auto parts enterprises in improving export qualifications and expanding into international markets.

在成都的分享會上，周武秀結合海外倉發展歷程與實踐案例，重點介紹汽車及后市場如何借助海外倉和境外合作方優化供應鏈、提升出口效率。參會企業代表分享海外業務開拓經驗，并就海外倉布局、成本及路徑優化問題進行了深入討論。

At the Chengdu sharing session, Nany ZHOU, drawing on the development history and practical examples of overseas warehouses, highlighted how the automotive and aftermarket sectors can optimize supply chains and improve export efficiency by leveraging overseas warehouses and foreign partners. Participating enterprise representatives shared their experiences in overseas business expansion and engaged in in-depth discussions on overseas warehouse layout, cost management, and path optimization.

此次調研與分享活動，使省內企業對海外倉格局和出海路徑有了更直觀的了解，增強了積極“走出去”的信心。周武秀表示，海外倉將成為川內特種車輛和汽配等企業出海的重要支撐，未來將持續推動企業拓展國際市場，探索更多跨境供應鏈訂單合作機會。

This field study and sharing session provided provincial enterprises with a clearer understanding of the overseas warehouse landscape and international expansion paths, enhancing their confidence in proactively “going global.” Nany Zhou emphasized that overseas warehouses will become an important support for Sichuan’s special-purpose vehicle and auto parts enterprises in their global expansion. Efforts will continue to promote enterprises’ expansion into international markets, and they will also explore more cross-border supply chain cooperation opportunities.
